卵圆孔未闭在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停引发的多种脑血管疾病中的作用 被引量：4

The role of patent foramen ovale in various cerebrovascular diseases caused by obstructive sleep apnea

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)患者夜间发生呼吸暂停期间实际上就是在进行一系列Valsava动作,通过这种动作可导致右心系统的栓子通过未闭的卵圆孔进入左心系统乃至大脑。这种机制在不明原因脑栓塞、矛盾栓塞、一过性脑缺血和偏头痛发病中发挥重要作用。深入研究OSA患者中发生的卵圆孔未闭对于进一步研究OSA与多种脑血管病具有重要意义。
