摘要
为解决泥质胶结软岩巷道支护难题,以王洼二矿21采区下部车场为工程背景,通过现场调研、巷道围岩抗压强度、成份分析和崩解性测试,得到巷道变形特征,分析了围岩变形、破坏原因,提出"锚索+亲泥性材料注浆加固"的支护技术:现场应用表明,上述支护方案不仅提高了支护强度和围岩的完整性、有效控制变形,还避免注浆材料中的水、反应热带来的潜在危害,取得了良好的支护效果。
In order to solve the supporting problem of argillaceous cementation soft rock roadway,taking the station of 21 district of Wangwa No.2 coalmine as the engineering background,through the field investigation,the compressive strength,composition analysis and disintegration test of the surrounding rock of the roadway,the deformation characteristics of the roadway are obtained,the causes of the deformation and destruction of the surrounding rock are analyzed,and the supporting technology of"cable+grouting reinforcement with argillaceous material"is put forward.The field application shows that the above supporting methods,the case not only improves the support strength and the integrity of surrounding rock,effectively controls the deformation,but also avoids the potential harm of water in grouting materials and reaction tropics,and achieves good support effect.
