某矿浅埋薄基岩工作面支架适用性研究 被引量:9

摘要 浅埋薄基岩煤层工作面顶板容易形成台阶岩梁结构,从而引起强烈的矿压显现,浅埋薄基岩工作面液压支架的选型就显得十分重要。为了研究浅埋薄基岩工作面支架适用性,以28301综采工作面为研究对象,采用现场监测和统计分析相结合的分析手段,研究了浅埋薄基岩工作面矿压显现规律,得到了工作面基本顶周期来压步距为15.79 m,重点分析了工作面来压期间支架的载荷特征和工作状态,结果表明:支架平均工作阻力与额定初撑力以及来压时支架平均工作阻力与额定工作阻力的比值分别为103.8%和93.1%,工作面支架选型合理、工作状态良好。 The roof of coal seam with shallow bed rock is easy to form step rock beam structure,which causes strong mine pressure appearance.Therefore,it is very important to select the hydraulic support of the shallow buried thin bedrock working face.In order to study the applicability of the support in the shallow and thin bedrock working face,takes the 28301 comprehensive mining working face as the research object,adopts the analysis method of the combination of field monitoring and statistical analysis,studies the law of the mine pressure appearance in the shallow and thin bedrock working face,and obtains the basic top cycle weighting step of the working face is 15.79 m,and focuses on the analysis of the load of the support during the weighting period of the working face,the results show that the ratio of the average working resistance of the support to the rated initial supporting force and the ratio of the average working resistance of the support to the rated working resistance are 103.8%and93.1%respectively.The support selection of the working face is reasonable and the working condition is good.
