摘要 针对常村煤矿洗煤厂给煤机受煤口煤料起拱卡堵的问题,分析了受煤口煤料起拱原因及防止卡堵措施,对给煤机破拱机构及液压系统设计,通过调试和现场试验测试,验证了新型液压给煤机能够快速可靠地处理洗煤厂典型卡堵部位的问题,彻底消除人工处理转载环节卡堵问题的安全隐患。 Aiming at the problem of coal feeder arch jamming in coal feeder of Changcun coal mine washing plant,the reasons for coal arching at coal mouth and preventive measures for jamming were analyzed.Commissioning and field test tests have verified that the new hydraulic coal feeder can quickly and reliably deal with the problem of typical jammed parts in the coal washing plant,completely eliminating the hidden safety hazards of manual handling of the jamming problem in the transfer link.
