摘要
针对矿井在施工瓦斯抽采孔时出现的强烈喷孔现象,导致巷道瓦斯超限以及污染施工地点的环境,决定自行设计和研制一种便捷高效的防喷孔装置,实现煤、瓦斯、水封闭并分离处理,试验结果表明,所研制的防喷孔装置不仅加工简易、操作便捷,而且有效解决了施钻喷孔现象和瓦斯超限问题。
In view of the strong blowout phenomenon in the construction of gas drainage hole in the mine,which leads to the overrun of gas in the tunnel and the pollution of the environment in the construction site,it is decided to design and develop a convenient and efficient blowout prevention device by itself to realize the sealing and separation of coal,gas and water.The test results show that the developed blowout prevention device is not only simple in processing and convenient in operation,but also effectively solves the problem of construction drilling and shotcreting and gas overrun.
