Transformation of Green Mining of Coal Resources and Construction of Financial System

目前我国绿色金融支持供给和需求存在巨大缺口,构建绿色金融支持体系是实施煤炭资源绿色开采的重要资金保障。在讨论我国发展绿色开采金融支持体系必要性的基础上,分析了绿色开采融资体系的现状及存在的问题,并从改革银行与绿色开采信贷体系、资本市场融资体系、保险市场、碳金融市场建设4个方面提出了构建绿色开采金融支持体系的对策建议。

At present,there is a huge gap in the supply and demand of green financial support in China.Building a green financial support system is an important financial guarantee for the implementation of green mining of coal resources.On the basis of discussing the necessity of developing green mining financial support system in China,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of green mining financing system,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for building green mining financial support system from four aspects of reforming bank and green mining credit system,capital market financing system,insurance market and carbon financial market construction.
