新型城镇化下山东省失地家庭资产配置影响因素研究

Research on Influence Factors of Asset Allocation of Land-Lost Households in Shandong Province under New Urbanization

对失地家庭资产配置影响因素进行研究具有十分重要的意义。本文以新型城镇化为研究背景,利用2018年山东省失地家庭微观调研数据,使用Tobit计量模型分析山东省失地家庭资产配置的影响因素。研究结果发现:(1)户主年龄、家庭人口数、家庭礼金支出等变量显著影响山东省失地家庭金融资产配置占比,进而会影响到实物资产配置占比;(2)户主文化程度、健康状况、是否有专业职称、是否受过非农培训等变量不会对山东省失地家庭的金融资产配置占比产生显著影响,进而也不会影响到实物资产配置占比;(3)不同调研地市以及不同年龄阶段的山东省失地家庭资产配置的影响因素不同,需要加以区分对待。在此研究基础上,本文提出了加大金融机构创新力度、提高失地家庭自身认识水平、了解资产配置知识等对策建议,以优化新型城镇化过程中的山东省失地家庭资产配置。

It is of great significance to study the influence factors of asset allocation in land-lost households.Based on the research background of new urbanization,this paper analyzes the influence factors of the asset allocation of land-lost families in Shandong province by using microcosmic study data of these families in 2018 and Tobit econometric model.The results show that:(1)The householder s age,the number of family members,the expenditure of family cash gifts and other variables are the main factors that significantly affect the proportion of financial assets allocation of land-lost households in Shandong province,and then affect the proportion of real assets allocation.(2)The education level,health status,professional title and other variables of the householder will not have a significant impact on the proportion of financial assets allocation of land-lost households in Shandong province,and thus will not affect the proportion of real assets allocation.(3)The influence factors of the assets allocation of land-lost households in Shandong province are different because of varieties of research cities and age groups,which need to be treated differently.On the basis of this research,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions,such as strengthening the innovation of financial institutions,improving the cognition level of land-lost families,and understanding the knowledge of asset allocation,so as to optimize the asset allocation of land-lost families in Shandong province in the process of new urbanization.
