摘要
通过问卷调查、课堂观察和访谈调查,了解聋校数学教师对《聋校义务教育数学课程标准(2016年版)》的课程理念的认同与实施情况。研究结果表明,聋校数学教师对数学课程标准理念的认同度较好,高于理念的实施度;理念的实施度较差,多个维度和次级维度的实施度与认同度之间有显著差异。聋校数学教师要转变教育观念,加强数学新课程建设,开展基于课程标准的教学与研究,提高新课程理念的认同度与实施度;特殊教育学校要组织教师开展数学新课程培训,建立适应课程标准的评价机制。
Through questionnaires,classroom observation and interviews,this paper aims to understand the recognition and implementation of mathematics teachers in the deaf schools on the concept of Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education in the School for the Deaf(2016).The statistical results show that,the recognition degree of mathematics teachers in the deaf schools is higher than the implementation degree;the degree of implementation of the concept is poor,and there is a significant difference between the degrees of implementation and recognition of multiple dimensions and secondary dimensions.Mathematics teachers in the deaf schools should change their educational concepts,strengthen the construction of new mathematics curriculum,carry out teaching and research based on curriculum standards,improve the recognition and implementation of the new curriculum concept;special education schools should organize teachers to carry out new mathematics curriculum training and establish an evaluation mechanism to meet the curriculum standards.
