近十年图片交换沟通系统干预自闭症人士的国际研究综述

A Review of the International Studies in the Past Decade on the Intervention of Picture Exchange Communication System(PECS)for People With Autism

图片交换沟通系统(PECS)已被广泛应用到国内外的自闭症人士干预过程中,多项研究证实该系统对自闭症人士的干预有积极作用。文章对近十年国际相关研究进行检索和筛选,从研究设计与被试、干预主体与阶段、干预内容、干预结果四个方面对25项研究进行的审查和分析发现:该领域研究设计比较规范,干预主体脱离单一趋势,干预方法融入新技术,干预内容有突破创新。未来研究应增加被试纳入数量、改善扩展研究方法、增强PECS实施训练、加深纵向研究。

Picture Exchange Communication System(PECS)has been widely used in the intervention process of people with autism at home and abroad.Many studies have indicated that PECS has positive effects in the intervention of people with autism.By retrieving and screening relevant intemational studies in the past ten years,this paper reviewed and aualyzed 25 studies from four aspects,including the research design and participants,the intervention subjects and stages,the intervention contents and results.It found that:the research design in this field is fairly standardized,the intervention subjects become varied,the intervention method is integrated into some new technology,and the intervention content has a new breakthrough.It suggests that researchers should increase the number of participants,improve the research methods,enhance the quality of PECS training,and deepen longitudinal studies in future researches of PECS.
