摘要
本文报道1例小腿肌内颗粒细胞瘤MRI表现。MRI示左侧小腿比目鱼肌内类圆形病灶,相对于肌肉组织T1WI和脂肪抑制T2WI均呈等或稍高信号,邻近肌肉组织呈环状T2WI高信号,内见条状肌纤维分布的低信号影,呈“条纹征”。术后病理提示为肌内颗粒细胞瘤。
