摘要
为了实现对小型水下推进器的故障诊断方法的研究,设计了一种水下推进器运行状态故障诊断的实验装置。通过对某小型水下机器人使用的推进器相关参数的研究,研制了一款水下推进器仿真平台,并研发了一套控制器硬件及其上位机和下位机监控软件,实现了对推进器电气参数的采集和存储。实验表明,该套系统能够对小型推进器调速和正反转功能实现模拟,达到了系统的设计指标。
In order to study the fault diagnosis method of small underwater thruster,an experimental device for fault diagnosis of underwater thruster is designed.Based on the research on the parameters of propeller used by a small underwater vehicle,a simulation platform of underwater thruster is developed mend a set of controller hardware and monitoring software of upper computer and lower computer are developed to realize the acquisition and storage of electrical parameters of propeller.Experimental resuIts show that the system can simulate the speed regulation and forward and reverse functions of small thruster,and achieve the design index of the system.
