摘要
设计了一套以工业机器人为基础的码垛控制系统,实现ABBIRB120六轴机器人与S7-1200PLC等硬件设施通讯来完成码垛功能。码垛控制系统采用PLC和ABB机器人组成上、下位机的控制系统。上位机主要进行数据管理、逻辑控制等;下位机主要负责机器人对工件操作,实现码垛。实验表明,该控制系统能够实现码垛搬运的功能,性能稳定。
A palletizing control system based on industrial robot is designed,which realizes the communication between ABB irbl20 six axis robot and s7-1200 PLC to complete palletizing function.The palletizing control system is composed of PLC and ABB Robot.The upper computer is mainly responsible for data management,logic control,etc.;the lower computer is mainly responsible for the robot to operate the workpiece to achieve stack!ng.The experimental results show that the control system can achieve the function of palletizing and handling,and the performanee is stable.
