摘要
目的探讨应用插入式耳机和压耳式耳机测试的正常青年人听觉稳态反应(auditory steady-state response,ASSR)的反应阈与纯音听阈的相关性。方法对20例(40耳)正常青年人进行纯音听阈和ASSR测试,ASSR测试的载波频率为500、1 000、2 000和4 000 Hz,耳机型号分别为ER-3A插入式气导耳机和TDH-39压耳式气导耳机,比较应用两种耳机测得的ASSR各频率反应阈和与纯音听阈的相关性。结果正常青年人500、1 000、2 000和4 000 Hz的纯音听阈分别为10.75±4.01、8.50±3.79、5.88±3.56、6.75±5.13 dB HL;插入式耳机ASSR反应阈为49.75±6.36、42.13±7.04、39.88±4.83、39.00±4.91 dB peSPL;压耳式耳机ASSR反应阈为44.38±6.32、42.88±6.06、41.25±5.72、42.75±6.26 dB peSPL;插入式耳机ASSR 500、1 000、2 000和4 000 Hz的反应阈与纯音听阈相关系数分别为0.40、0.56、0.41、0.49;压耳式耳机与纯音听阈相关系数分别为0.35、0.52、0.16、0.52。结论采用插入式耳机和压耳式耳机测得的ASSR反应阈与纯音听阈之间均有一定的相关性,临床上应用两种耳机所测得的ASSR反应阈时应选择不同的校正值作为估计听力级。
Objective To investigate the correlation between auditory steady-state response(ASSR)results of insert earphones and headphones and pure tone hearing threshold.Methods A total of 20 normal young people(40 ears)were subjected to pure tone hearing threshold and ASSR test.The carrier frequencies of the ASSR test were 500 Hz,1000 Hz,2000 Hz,and 4000 Hz.The insert earphones and TDH-39 air-conducting headphones were compared.The correlation between the ASSR response threshold and the pure tone hearing threshold for each frequency of the two headphones was compared.Results①The pure tone threshold of 500 Hz,1000 Hz,2000 Hz and 4000 Hz in normal young people were 10.75±4.01 dB HL,8.50±3.79 dB HL,5.88±3.57 dB HL,and 6.75±5.13 dB HL,respectively.Insert earphone ASSR response threshold were 24.25±6.36 dB nHL,18.13±7.04 dB nHL,9.38±4.83 dB nHL,and 4.50±4.91 dB nHL,respectively.Headphone ASSR response threshold were 19.38±6.32 dB nHL,21.88±6.07 dB nHL,14.25±5.72 dB nHL,and 13.25±6.26 dB nHL,respectively.②The correlation coefficients between response threshold and pure tone threshold of insert earphones ASSR 500 Hz,1000 Hz,2000 Hz and 4000 Hz were 0.40,0.56,0.41 and 0.49,respectively,while those of headphones and pure tone threshold were 0.35,0.52,0.16,0.52,respectively.Conclusion There is a correlation between the ASSR results of insert earphones and headphones and the pure tone hearing threshold.Therefore,different ASSR thresholds measured by these two headphones should be selected as the estimated hearing level.
