摘要
以四甲基苯二甲基二异氰酸酯(TMXDI)为原料合成了聚碳化二亚胺(PCDI),然后以PCDI、聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇(PBA)、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)与异佛尔酮二异氰酸(IPDI)、乙二胺基乙磺酸钠(AAS-Na)、异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)为原料合成了固含量50%以上的聚氨酯分散体(PUD)。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱表征了N=C=N的结构;PUD的ξ电位处于-46^-62 mV,分散体稳定性能优异;透射电镜显示,分散体胶粒呈现大小不一的球形结构。含PCDI嵌段的聚酯型聚氨酯其耐水解性和力学性能都得到显著提升。研究对比发现,PCDI的最佳聚合度为4,PCDI的最佳质量分数为3%。
Polycarbodiimide(PCDI)was synthesized with tetramethylxylylene diisocyanate(TMXDI).Then polyurethane dispersions(PUD)with the solid content above 50%was prepared with polycarbodiimide(PCDI)based on tetramethylxylylene diisocyanate(TMXDI),polybutylene adipate diol(PBA),hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI)and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),sodium ethylenediamine sulfonate(AAS-Na),isophorone diamine(IPDA).The structure of N=C=N was confirmed by FI-IR;the zeta potential of PUD is between-46 mV and-62 mV,and the stability of the dispersion is excellent;the transmission electron microscopy(TEM)results show that the dispersion colloidal particles exhibit spherical structures with different sizes.The polyester polyurethane containing PCDI has a significant improvement in hydrolysis resistance and mechanical properties.The comparison shows that the best polymerization degree of PCDI is 4,the optimum mass fraction of PCDI is 3%.
