芥酸酰胺对丁苯橡胶/顺丁橡胶汽车橡胶衬套性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 将芥酸酰胺以不同份数分别加入到丁苯橡胶(SBR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)并用胶中,并通过硫化特性、力学性能和摩擦系数等测试方法来表征胶料的性能。结果表明,当芥酸酰胺用量为2~10 phr时,硫化胶的摩擦系数逐渐降低,断裂伸长率、屈挠性能逐渐提高,当硫化胶中芥酸酰胺用量为10 phr时,与未添加芥酸酰胺组相比,硬度减小9.21%,压缩永久变形减小51.61%,静摩擦系数减小45.51%,动摩擦系数减小37.54%,拉伸强度减小19.84%,断裂伸长率增大36.14%,屈挠次数增大88.92%,通过橡胶加工性能分析和扫描电镜测试分析,这一结果与加入芥酸酰胺使得填料的分散性变好有关。 Erucylamide was added into styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR)/butadiene rubber(BR)at different contents,and the properties of the rubber compounds were characterized by vulcanization characteristics,mechanical properties and friction coefficient.The results show that when the dosage of erucylamide is 2~10 phr,the friction coefficient of vulcanizate decreases gradually,and the elongation at break and flexural energy increase gradually.When the amount of erucylamide in vulcanizate is 10 phr,compared with the group without erucylamide,the hardness,compression set,static friction coefficient,dynamic friction coefficient and tensile strength are decreased by 9.21%,51.61%,45.51%,37.54%and 19.84%,respectively and the elongation at break and the flexible number are increased by 36.14%and 88.92%,respectively.Through the analyses of RPA and SEM,these results are related to the addition of erucylamide to improve the dispersibility of fillers.
