摘要
聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜具有优异热稳定性、力学性能、绝缘性能。近年来,随着PI薄膜的应用范围不断扩大,通过分子结构设计、有机/无机杂化改性制备柔性透明PI薄膜的研究受到国内外研究人员的广泛关注。文中重点综述了PI薄膜的柔性、色度和透明度及其协同效应与分子结构的关系,以及通过计算化学方法进行辅助预测的有效性。同时,归纳了柔性透明PI薄膜在柔性光电子器件领域的最新进展。
Polyimide(PI)films possess an excellent thermal stability,mechanical properties,and insulating properties.In recent years,with the expanding application of polyimide films,the preparation of flexible transparent polyimide films through molecular structure design and organic/inorganic hybrid modification has attracted extensive attention from researchers over the world.The relationships between the flexibility,colority and transparency of PI films and their synergistic effects with molecular structures were reviewed.In addition,the effectiveness of assisted prediction by computational chemistry was also explained in this review.Meanwhile,the latest progress of flexible and transparent PI films applied in flexible optoelectronic devices was generalized.
