摘要
口感好、糖度高的鲜食番茄受到越来越多消费者的喜爱。高糖番茄生产除了选择好的潜力品种以外,科学合理的配套栽培技术也非常关键。选择沙性或盐碱性土壤、科学增施硅肥和硒肥、合理控水、少施化学农药等措施可以提高番茄糖度2%~3%,而且能增加果实硬度、提高植株的抗病性。
More and more consumers like fresh tomato with good taste and high sugar content.In addition to selecting good potential varieties,scientific and reasonable cultivation techniques were very important for high sugar tomato production.The sugar content of tomato could be increased 2%-3%by selecting sandy or saline alkali soil,applying more silicon fertilizer and selenium fertilizer scientifically,controlling water reasonably,and applying less chemical pesticides,etc.
