摘要 针对ARJ21飞机总装测试现场ARINC429总线多节点数据实时观测难和数据管理繁琐等问题.设计了一种基于HI-3593的ARINC429总线便携式收发监控系统,采用层次化网络管理结构,对接收数据进行读取、解析、存储:考虑到总装现场对数据监测的需求,系统可工作在本地端和远程端两种模式。本地端,系统可通过USB总线控制ARINC429总线通信接口双向传输,实现总线接口工作状态配置和实时可视化现场数据分析.远程端,采用阿里云信息管理平台实现远程测试结果分析,生成测试报告。测试结果表明,该系统在低速(12.5 kbit/s)和高速(100 kbit/s)工作模式下,可以准确地将ARINC429信号参照接口控制文档(ICD)进行数据解析,在ARJ21飞机总装功能测试试验中得到验证,大大提高了工作现场效率。 In order to solve the problems such as the difficulty of real-time observation of multi-node data of ARINC429 bus at the ARJ21 aircraft assembly test site and cumbersome data management,a portable transceiver monitoring system based on HI-3593 was designed for ARINC429 bus.It adopted a hierarchical network management structure to implement the functions of reading,analyzing and storing the received data in real time.Considering the demand of data monitoring of the assembly site,the system could work in two modes:local and remote.Local:the bidirectional transmission of the ARINC429 bus communication interface could be controlled through the USB bus,to implemente the configuration of the working status of the bus interface and real-time visualization of field data Analysis;Remote:Alibaba cloud information management platform was used to realize remote test results analysis and generate test reports.The test results showed that the system could accurately analyze the ARINC429 signal with reference to the interface control document(ICD) in low-speed(12.5 kbit/s) and high-speed(100 kbit/s) working modes.It has been verified in the test of ARJ21 assembly function,which has greatly improved the efficiency on the work site.
