西门子主控系统下的隧道通风照明系统改造 被引量:3

摘要 针对现有隧道通风照明系统就地控制的现状,为实现隧道远程一体化管控,引入西门子PCS7主控系统,改造现有就地控制系统并将其接入主控系统,以实现主控系统对就地系统的远程管控。研究某高速公路隧道现有控制设备,就地控制系统为欧姆龙可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),研究其接入西门子主控系统的可行性方案。建成以西门子作为主控系统、由欧姆龙PLC作为就地系统的双层监控系统。西门子主控系统可以远程监控现场设备的运行状态,并远程控制现场系统的启停,实现了西门子主控系统下的一体化管控模式。通过网关实现主控系统与就地系统之间不同协议的转换,实现了两系统之间的数据交换,该一体化改造方案所需新设备少、软件升级空间大、系统运行稳定,在现有就地系统下能可靠地实现远程监控。该方案可为隧道控制系统远程一体化改造提供参考。 In view of the current situation of local control of tunnel ventilation and lighting system,Siemens PCS7 master control system is introduced to realize remote integrated control of tunnel,and the existing local control system is modified to be connected into the master control system,so as to realize remote control of local system by the master control system.This paper describes the existing control equipment of the highway tunnel,and the local control system is Omron programmable logic controller(PLC)controller.With Siemens as the main control system and Omron PLC as the double-layer monitoring system of the local system,the Siemens main control system can remotely monitor the running state of the field equipment and remotely control the start and stop of the field system to realize the integrated control mode of the Siemens main control system.The gateway is used to realize the conversion of different protocols between the master control system and the local system to realize the data exchange between the two systems.This integrated transformation scheme requires less new equipment and large software upgrade space.A stable system operation of remote monitoring can be reliably realized under the existing local system.This scheme provides a reference for the remote integration of tunnel control system.
