摘要
养老服务类专业在现代学徒制人才培养模式推进过程中,出现了“两热一冷”、企业投入不够、学生企业学徒断裂、监督管理不到位等诸多问题。主要是该专业学生(学徒)、家长对现代学徒制认可程度不够,缺乏切实可行的落地政策,校企责、权、利法律制度不明确,行业协会职能缺位,与现代学徒制相匹配的教学管理制度不完善,第三方监督机制不健全等诸多原因所致。这些问题严重制约着养老服务类专业人才培养的质量,迫切需要在研究和实践中逐步加以解决。
there are many problems such as“hot at the two ends and cold in the middle”,insufficient enterprise investment,apprentice fracture between students and enterprise,and inadequate supervision and management in the process of promoting the training mode of modern apprenticeship for the pension service specialty.The main reasons for the above problems are that the students(apprentices)and their parents do not have sufficient recognition of the modern apprenticeship,lack of practical implementation policies,the legal system of school enterprise responsibility,power and benefit is not clear,the function of industry association is absent,the teaching management system matching with modern apprenticeship is not perfect,and the third-party supervision mechanism is not sound.These problems seriously affect the quality of the professional training of pension services,which need to be solved gradually in research and practice.
