京津冀产业升级背景下高职机械制造与自动化专业人才培养方案重构工作实践研究

Research on the Reconstruction of Talent Training Program of Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Industrial Upgrading in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province

以天津机电职业技术学院机制专业为例,依托学校自身优势,紧密结合京津冀产业升级和新兴产业发展对机制专业高级技术技能人才的岗位需求,通过学情数据分析与行业企业实际调研相结合对机制专业人才培养方案进行重构,不断完善机制专业课程体系,围绕专业对接产业,课程服务职业的理念,建立了符合天津市高端装备制造业对于机制专业人才更高要求标准的工作路径。

taking mechanical manufacture specialty of Tianjin Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Technology as an example,relying on its own advantages,closely combining with the position requirements for senior technical and skilled talents of mechanical manufacture specialty from industrial upgrading and emerging industry development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,its talent training scheme of mechanical manufacture specialty is reconstructed through the combination of academic data analysis and actual investigation of industrial enterprises,and the curriculum system of mechanical manufacture specialty is constantly improved.Focusing on the concept that specialty meets the requirements of industry and curriculum service occupation,the work path meeting higher requirements of Tianjin high-end equipment manufacturing industry for mechanical manufacturespecialty is established.
