摘要
中职学校实施全员、全方位、全过程的“三全育人”,可有效促进专业课教学与思政要素的融合,帮助学生形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。“三全育人”的实施需要有明确的目标为指引、优秀的师资为基础、丰富的学习活动为载体,发挥“三全育人”下的中职专业课教学功效,培养出合格的“工匠”。
the implementation of“three-wide education”in secondary vocational schools can effectively promote the integration of professional teaching and ideological and political elements,and help students form a correct world view,outlook on life and values.The implementation of“three-wide education”requires clear goals as the guidance,excellent teachers as the basis,and rich learning activities as the carrier to give full play to the teaching effect of secondary vocational professional courses under the“three-wide education”and cultivate qualified“masters of their craft”.
