首批参与河南省新型冠状病毒肺炎防控一线护士焦虑现状

Anxiety status of first nurses to participate in the care of patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019 in Henan province

目的:了解首批参与河南省新型冠状病毒防控一线护士的焦虑现状,为医护人员的心理辅导提供参考依据。方法:选取河南省两个疫情较重地区的两所三级综合性定点医院,首批参与一线防控的89名护士为研究对象,采用焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、一般资料调查表,共发放问卷93份,收回有效问卷89份(95.70%)。并采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对其中8名护士进行深入访谈。结果:37人(41.57%)无焦虑倾向,25人(28.09%)表现为轻度焦虑,27人(30.34%)表现为中重度焦虑,具有焦虑倾向的护士占58.43%,焦虑平均得分为(52.84±11.79)分,高于全国常模,差异具有统计学意义;质性研究5个主题为:不自信、工作压力大;基本的生理需求受限;患者的不理解;对自己及亲人的担忧;面对患者死亡的恐惧和无助。结论:首批参与新型冠状病毒一线防控护士存在不同程度的焦虑,应对护理人员开展针对性的专题知识培训及心理干预。

Objective:To probe into the anxiety status of the first nurses to participate in the care of patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019,and to provide reference for the psychological counseling of medical staff.Methods:The first batch of 89nurses,who participated in the first-line prevention and control of two tertiary comprehensive designated hospitals in two regions with severe outbreaks of Corona Virus Disease 2019in Henan Province,were selected as the research objects.Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,General Information Questionnaire were completed by 93nurses in China.89(95.70%)were collected.Then phenomenological research methods in qualitative research were used to conduct in-depth interviews with eight nurses.Results:37(41.57%)had no anxiety,25(28.09%)showed mild anxiety,27(30.34%)showed moderate or high anxiety,58.43%of first-line prevention and control nurses have anxiety,quantitative research showed that the anxiety score of nurses was(52.84±11.79).Unconfidence and high work pressure,limited basic physiological needs,patients'incomprehension,concern about themselves and family,fear and helplessness in the face of patients'death were the reasons for their anxiety.Conclusion:The first batch of 89nurses participating in the first-line prevention and control of Corona Virus Disease 2019is suffering from varying degrees of anxiety.Specialized training on psychological intervention and public health emergencies should be conducted.
