摘要 目的:探讨首批抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎临床一线医务人员的韧性与疲劳状态及相关因素。方法:采用简版韧性量表(BRS)、疲劳量表对重庆市1所定点救治二甲医院的51名新冠肺炎临床一线医务人员进行调查,通过相关分析韧性与疲劳之间的相互关系。结果:医务人员韧性平均得分(21.2±4.2),总体韧性良好。疲劳得分4维度平均得分由高到低为:工作过度投入(64.6±18.5)、个人疲劳(48.1±23.6)、工作疲劳(41.7±22.7)、服务对象疲劳(36.7±17.5)。其中工作过度投入平均得分大于50分,显示出受访人员均表现出工作过度投入状态;韧性与个人疲劳、工作疲劳、服务对象疲劳呈负相关(r=-0.50,-0.52,-0.48;P<0.001);与工作过度投入无显著相关;工作过度投入与连续上班天数和工作年资呈正相关(r=0.29,0.38;P<0.05),与平均每周上班小时数、连续上班小时数无显著相关。结论:首批抗击新冠肺炎医务人员总体韧性良好,疲劳度不高,但工作呈现过度投入状态;且工作过度投入与上班连续时间相关,因此建议2周为轮班时间,以保证人员身体素质同时预防群体性感染事件。 Objective:To explore the resilience and burnout status and related factors of medical staff to fight novel coronavirus pneumonia.Methods:Brief Resilience Scale(BRS)and Burnout inventory were used to survey 51frontline medical staffs of a fixed-point second-aid hospital in Chongqing,and to analyze the correlation between the resilience and burnout.Results:A total of 51medical staffs had an average resilience score of(21.2±4.2),showed good status.The four dimensions of burnout average score from high to low was:Over-commitment to work(64.6±18.5),personal burnout(48.1±23.6),work-related burnout(41.7±22.7),and client-related burnout(36.7±17.5).Among them,the average score of over-commitment to work was greater than 50points,showing overwork;Resilience was negatively correlated with personal burnout,work-related burnout and client-related burnout(r=-0.50,-0.52,-0.48;P<0.001);There was no significant correlation between over-commitment to work;There were positive correlation between over-commitment to work and continuous working days and years of work(r=0.29,0.38;P<0.05),and had no significant correlation with average hours of work per week and consecutive hours of work.Conclusion:Medical staffs to fight novel coronavirus pneumonia have good overall resilience and low fatigue,but shows overwork.Overwork is related to continuous work time.So consider 2weeks as shift time to ensure staff physical fitness and prevent mass infections.
