摘要 以中小型固体发动机Ⅰ界面黏接为背景,研制了一套固体火箭发动机Ⅰ界面胶黏剂自动喷涂装置,通过对胶黏剂的特性、发动机定位、喷涂轨迹、喷涂流量等进行研究,确定了喷涂过程中喷枪移动速度、壳体转速等工艺参数。经试验验证及型号应用表明,设备工作稳定,粘结性能满足要求;产品质量一致性好、工作效率大大提高,为相关设备研制提供了依据。 An automatic spraying device for the processing of adhesives was developed in this work,which could be used for the interface bonding between insulation and case,interface I,of the medium-and small-sized solid rocket motors.The processing parameters such as the moving speed of spray gun and the rotation speed of the case were determined based on the characteristics of adhesive,motor positioning,spraying track and spraying flow rate.The results show that the bonding performance can meet the requirements and the processing proceeds stably.Moreover,the product quality is consistent and the work efficiency is greatly improved due to the automatic spraying process.
