摘要 射孔参数的优化对于热采水平套管井高效、稳定生产有着重要的作用。鉴于此,以水平井射孔完井产能预测模型和套管应变设计方法为理论基础,通过数值计算分析射孔参数对油井产能的敏感性,形成了基于产能比的热采水平套管井射孔参数组合优选原则;利用有限元软件开展了单轮次及多轮次注采条件下射孔参数组合对套管安全性的影响规律分析,形成了基于套管安全性的射孔参数组合。综合考虑射孔对产能及套管安全性的影响,以渤海油田热采水平套管井B1井为例,优选适宜的射孔参数组合:孔密40孔/m,相位角90°,孔径20 mm,穿深600 mm。合理的射孔参数可以确保热采井生命周期内套管完整,并获得较高的油井产能。研究结果对热采水平套管井射孔参数的选择具有一定的指导意义。 The optimization of perforation parameters plays an important role in the efficient and stable production of thermally produced horizontal cased wells.Based on the horizontal well perforation completion productivity prediction model and casing strain design method,the sensitivity of perforation parameters to the productivity of oil wells is analyzed through numerical calculation.The principle of perforation parameter combination optimization based on productivity ratio for thermal recovery horizontal casing wells is formed.Finite element software is used to analyze the influence of perforation parameter combination on casing safety under the conditions of single round and multiple rounds of steam huff and puff,and the perforation parameter combination based on casing safety is formed.Considering the impact of perforation on productivity and casing safety,taking Bohai Oilfield thermal production horizontal cased hole Well B1 for case study,an appropriate combination of perforation parameters is selected:hole density of 40 holes/m,phase angle of 90°,hole diameter of 20 mm,and perforation depth of 600 mm.Reasonable perforation parameters can ensure the integrity of the casing during the life cycle of thermal recovery wells and higher oil well productivity.The study results have certain guiding significance for the selection of perforation parameters of thermal production horizontal cased wells.
