摘要
为解决国内压裂管汇连接作业效率低、劳动强度大和布局不规范等问题,研制了105 MPa多自由度快速连接压裂管汇橇。该橇将高压管汇总成、低压管汇总成、多自由度快速连接压裂桥臂和液压助力系统等集成设计到橇装结构上,其中液压助力系统可平衡压裂桥臂自身重力,实现压裂管汇橇与压裂车之间的快速连接,可根据不同工况需求,通过调节液压来调整平衡力和压裂管汇桥臂的运动速度。该橇配置的减震系统可减小压裂管汇橇受到的脉冲振动,延长其使用寿命。采用多自由度快速连接压裂管汇橇连接8台压裂车用时34 min,作业完成后撤场用时26 min,与连接和撤场用时均在5 h以上的常规压裂管汇橇相比,作业效率提高10倍以上。105 MPa快速连接压裂管汇橇满足现场提速提效、安全生产要求,具有广阔的应用前景。
To address the low efficiency,high labor intensity and irregular layout of domestic fracturing manifold connections,a 105 MPa multi-degree-of-freedom fast-connect fracturing manifold skid is developed.The skid integrates high-pressure pipes and low-pressure pipes,multi-degree-of-freedom fast-connect fracturing bridge arms,hydraulic assist system into the skid-mounted structure,which is used to transport fracturing fluid for well stimulation.The hydraulic assist system can balance the gravity of the fracturing bridge arm and realize the fast-connect between the fracturing manifold skid and the fracturing truck.The balance force and the movement speed of the fracturing manifold bridge arm can be adjusted by adjusting the hydraulic pressure according to the requirements of different working conditions.The damping system of the skid can reduce the impulse vibration of the fracturing manifold skid and prolong its service life.It takes 34 minutes to connect 8 fracturing vehicles with the multi-degreeof-freedom fast-connect fracturing manifold skid,and it takes 26 minutes to disconnect after the operation is completed.Compared with the conventional fracturing manifold skid that takes more than 5 hours to connect and disconnect,the operating efficiency is increased by more than 10 times,meeting the requirements of on-site speed-up,efficiency-enhancing and safe production,presenting broad application prospects.
