基于马克思劳动价值论视域的劳动教育探究

Research on Labor Education Based on Marx′s Labor Value Theory

劳动教育是我国教育制度的重要内容,中共中央、国务院印发了《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》,为劳动教育的进一步开展提供了指导。从我国的社会主义性质、中国共产党的教育政策、百年未有之大变局下的挑战、中国特色社会主义进入新时代的要求可以看出全面加强劳动教育有其深厚的时代背景。并且,只有植根于马克思主义的真理性,劳动教育才真正具有科学性。与此同时,立足于我国社会主义初级阶段的基本国情,很多劳动仍然受到资本逻辑的统摄,进而影响了青少年的价值观念和劳动教育的育人效果。因此,可以从劳动价值论为工人阶级提供思想武器、指引工人阶级解放的角度出发,运用马克思的劳动价值理论分析影响劳动教育育人效果的不良因素产生的社会根源。从价值、伦理、实践、主体多维度全面加强劳动教育,帮助青少年树立正确的劳动认知、养成良好的道德品质,提高其劳动实践能力,培育社会主义合格的建设者和接班人。

Labor education is an important part of China′s education system.Recently,the CCP China and the State Council have issued“Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era”,providing further guidance for the performance of labor education.Considering the nature of socialism,the educational policy of the Party,the challenge and requirement China faces in the new era,there is deep epoch background for a comprehensive strengthening of labor education.However,based on the basic national conditions of the primary stage of socialism in our country,labor force is still manipulated by capital logic,thus affecting the values of teenagers and the educational effect of labor education.Therefore,the labor value theory could provide the working class with ideological support and guide them to liberalization.Using Marx′s labor value theory to analyze the social root of the bad factors that affect the educational effect of labor education,we will comprehensively strengthen labor education from the perspectives of value,ethics,practice and subject,so as to help teenagers establish correct labor cognition,develop good moral quality,improve their labor practice ability,and cultivate qualified builders and successors of socialism.
