摘要
“幼儿研究与支持”作为幼儿教师专业核心能力,在高校学前教育专业师范生培养过程中应予以重视。目前的培养现状是:课程割裂未整合,综合运用难实现;自主学习动力弱,知识掌握不扎实;真实情境训练少,实践操作能力弱;课堂教学止步早,支持方法难操作。本研究对此从加强课程间整合性、建立“儿童研究工作坊”及多维度开辟实践路径等方面提出了建议。
As the core competence of pre-school teachers,“early childhood research and support”should have a priority in the training process of students majoring in pre-school education in colleges and universities.The current training situation is as follows:the curriculum is separated but not integrated,so comprehensive application is difficult to realize;the motivation of autonomous learning is weak and the knowledge is not solid;there is not enough real situation training and practical operation ability is weak;classroom teaching stops early and supporting methods are difficult to operate.This paper promotes some suggestions from the aspects of strengthening the integration between courses,establishing children′s research workshops and starting more practical paths.
