摘要
在“师范类专业认证标准”的视阈下,有必要进一步深入解读《中小学心理健康教育指导纲要》。《中小学心理健康教育指导纲要》(2012)和《普通高等学校师范类专业认证实施办法(暂行)》(2017)在中小学心理健康教育师资、心理健康教育课程内容体系两个方面具有高度的一致性和互补性。二者由于出台时间不同,前者侧重规范中小学心理健康教育工作的开展,而后者则重点关注中小学心理健康教育师资培养,但都是以“中小学生的心理健康”为归宿点和最终目标。中小学心理健康教育教学内容的选取可以从认识自我、人际交往、适应良好、人格健全、情绪调控得当、意志健全、行为规范等六个方面出发,按照不同学段和年级进行合理调配。
According to“Standards for Certification of Educational Majors”,it is necessary to further interpret Guidelines for Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools(the Guidelines henceforth).The Guidelines(2012)and The Measures for the Implementation of Education Professional Certification in Ordinary Colleges and Universities(2017)(the Measures henceforth)are highly consistent and mutually complementary in the two aspects of mental health education teachers in primary and secondary schools and the content system of mental health education courses.Due to the different time of their introduction,the Guidelines focuses on standardizing the development of mental health education in primary and secondary schools,while the Measures focuses on the training of teachers for mental health education in primary and secondary schools,but both take mental health of primary and secondary school students as the ultimate goal.The selection of teaching contents of mental health education in primary and secondary schools can start from six aspects such as self-understanding,interpersonal communication,environment adaptation,sound personality,proper emotional regulation,which can also be reasonably allocated according to different ages and grades.
