集团化幼儿园研修共同体建设的价值与创新——以“八秒研修坊”为例

摘要 集团化幼儿园研修共同体有利于集体学习理念与终身学习观念的形成与深化,对推动集团化幼儿园的教科研工作、提高教师个人的专业素质与能力、促进集团化幼儿园的文化建设等有着十分重要的价值与作用“八秒研修坊”是建设集团化幼儿园研修共同体、推动幼儿园教研与师训工作的尝试与创新,是有一定参考价值的研修共同体范例。它以“问题”为导向,以追求“效能”最大化为总体目标,通过“准、快、实”三字口诀统领行动,开辟了幼儿园教科研和教师培训工作的新阵地,开创了教师自发自主研究学习的新途径,实现了幼儿园教师自己与自己的完全对话,体现了在园本教研和师训工作上的发展与创新。“八秒研修坊”的经验启发我们,针对当前我国园本教研存在的不足,我们要更新观念和认识,融合传统园本教研和教师研修共同体两种模式,追求高效能,探索新模式、新途径、新领域,从而有效地促进幼儿园教师的专业成长与发展。 The studying and training community in a group of several kindergartens is conducive to the formation and deepening of collective learning concepts and lifelong learning concepts,it has a very important value and role in promoting the teaching and research work,improving the professional quality and ability of teachers,and promoting the cultural construction in kindergartens.The Eight Seconds Workshop is an attempt and innovation to build a studying and training community,and promote teaching and research in a group of several kindergartens.It is a good case that has certain value,and it is worthy of study and reference for people,especially early childhood educators.It takes the"problem"as the guide,the pursuit of"efficiency"as the goal,and the use of"precise,fast and practical"to lead the action.It has opened up a new frontier for teaching and research and training.It has created a new way for teachers to spontaneously conduct self-reliant research and learning.It has achieved a complete dialogue between teachers and themselves.It embodies the development and innovation in the kindergarten-based research and training work.Its experience tells us to think about the problems in kindergarten-based teaching and research,we need to re-examine the value of concepts,and update our concepts and understanding.The kindergarten-based teaching and research can combine the traditional mode and the studying and training community.On this way,a new model,new approach,and new field of kindergarten-based teaching and research are created to effectively promote the professional development of teachers.
