摘要
目前,湖南省职业教育产教融合在专业群融入产业链、校企共建及合作育人等方面取得了显著成效,同时也存在宏观性政策在推动产教深度融合中稍显乏力、专业设置与区域产业的适应性有待提高、混合所有制办学有待突破、职教集团办学探索止步不前等问题。另外,湖南省职业教育产教融合评价现状呈现以下特征:以第一方、第二方评价为主,初步引入第三方评价,有关产教融合的评价指标较少等,且还存在第三方评价政策难以落地、第三方评价力量尚且不足、第三方评价内容设计不全、第三方评价结果应用不够等一系列问题。对此,需要确立职业教育产教融合第三方评价的法律主体地位、探索第三方评价的运行模式、培育第三方评价的评价主体、拓宽第三方评价的评价内容、加强第三方评价结果的应用等,以推动湖南省职业教育产教融合实现可持续发展。
At present,the integration of industry and education of vocational education in Hunan has achieved remarkable results in the integration of professional groups into the industrial chain,school enterprise construction and cooperative education.At the same time,there are still some problems,such as the weakness of macro policies in promoting the deep integration of industry and education,the adaptability of specialty setting and regional industry needs to be improved,the mixed ownership school running needs to be broken through,and the exploration of vocational education group is not moving forward.At the same time,Hunan vocational education industry education integration evaluation present situation presents the following characteristics.At firsrt,the first party and the second party are the main evaluation methods.Secondly,it is preliminary introduction of third-party evaluation.Thirdly,the evaluation index of industry education integration is less.And there are still some problems,such as the third-party evaluation policy is difficult to implement,the third-party evaluation capacity is still insufficient,the third-party evaluation content design is not complete,and the third-party evaluation results are not applied enough.It is necessary to establish the legal subject status of the third-party evaluation of the integration of industry and education of vocational education,explore the operation mode of the third-party evaluation,cultivate the evaluation subject of the third-party evaluation,broaden the evaluation content of the third-party evaluation,and strengthen the application of the third-party evaluation results,so as to promote the sustainable development of the integration of production and education of vocational education in Hunan.
