摘要
本文通过工程实例,阐述了人工挖孔灌注桩托换法在地基基础加固工程中的方案设计及施工工艺,证明了人工挖孔灌注桩托换法在非自重湿陷性黄土场地地基基础加固中应用的可行性及优越性。该工程竣工至今使用状况良好,根据沉降观测结果,地基变形已稳定,加固效果好,该加固法在非自重湿陷性黄土场地工程中的应用是成功的,对类似场地既有建筑地基基础加固工程具有参考价值。
This paper expounds the scheme design and construction technology of artificial cast-in-pile underpinning method in the foundation reinforcement project through the engineering example,and proves the feasibility and superiority of the application of the artificial cast-in-pile underpinning method in the foundation reinforcement of non self weight collapse loess.According to the settlement observation results,the foundation deformation is stable and the reinforcement effect is good.The application of the reinforcement method in the non self weight collapse loess is successful,which provides the reference for the foundation reinforcement of existing buildings in similar sites.
