基于永磁技术的联轴器在斗轮机传动机构上的应用

摘要 本文根据永磁传动技术对于提高燃煤电站斗轮机整体安全性和工作效率的影响,结合某发电厂输煤系统斗轮机动力传动改造项目。通过永磁传动原理,磁力传动的特点分析,针对改造效果整体设备运行状况得到了提升,本次改造为其他机组相关方面的技术升级改造提供了理论和现实的借鉴。 In this paper, according to the influence of permanent magnet drive technology on improving the overall safety and working efficiency of the bucket wheel machine in a coal-fired power plant, combined with the power transmission transformation project of the bucket wheel machine in a coal-fired power plant. Through the analysis of the principle of permanent magnet drive and the characteristics of magnetic drive, the overall operation condition of the equipment has been improved according to the transformation effect. This transformation provides theoretical and practical reference for the technical upgrading of other units.
