摘要
文章对墨子的人才标准"厚乎德行、辩乎言谈、博乎道术"中的"辩"字进行了深度分析,提出"思辩""论辩""行辩"在知识、能力与素质的获取或培养过程中所发挥的作用,进一步厘清了墨子人才标准中"德行""言谈""道术"的关系,同时提出"述作行融合、思论行呈递进、德道术兼修"现代职业教育教学主张。
This paper makes a deep analysis of the word "debate" in "honest virtue, eloquence and profound Taoism" of the talent standards of Mozi, and proposes the role of "thinking", "debating" and "acting and debating" in the acquisition or cultivation of knowledge, ability and quality. It further clarifies the relationship among "virtue", "speech" and "Taoism" in Mozi’s talent standards, and proposes the teaching idea of modern vocational education which focuses on the "integration of inheritance, creation and practice".It also presents the idea of "thinking, discussing and practicing" with the cultivation of both morality and Taoism.
