职业学校学生法治素养提升的实践研究

Practical Research on the Improvement of Legal Literacy of Vocational School Students

职业学校学生是推动经济社会发展的一支重要力量,其法律意识的强弱、法治素养的高低在一定程度上影响着全面推进依法治国和民主法治建设的进程。本研究通过问卷调查,初步摸清职校学生法治素养的基本情况,并在此基础上提出改进职校学生法治教育的策略,引导学生争做知法、懂法、守法、用法的好公民。

Vocational school students are an important follow-up force of*China s economic and social development.Their legal consciousness and legal literacy affect the process of comprehensively promoting the legal literacy and the construction of democracy and laws.Based on the questionnaire survey,this study finds out the basic situation of the legal literacy of vocational school students,and puts forward the strategies to improve theirlegal literacy education,so as to guide the students to be good citizens who know,understand,abide by and use the law.
