区域职业教育产教深度融合的实践反思与路径优化--以南京市为例 被引量:1

摘要 产教深度融合一直是我国职业教育技能技术人才培养体系中的重要一环,是职业教育取得根本成效的重中之重。然而,当前产教深度融合还存在着缺乏系统配套的政策与机制、企业参与主体未能获得"利益的最大化"、缺乏区域层面的资源统筹等阻滞现象。为此,本文以南京市为例,对区域职业教育产教深度融合中的实践成果进行了凝练,具体阐述了"多元·融合·创新"职业教育人才培养立体框架的成型与运行路径,并试图从完善产教深度融合保障机制的法律法规等六个方面着手,进行路径优化。 The in-depth integration of production and education has always been an important part of the technical talenttraining system in vocational education in China,and it is also the most important thing for vocational education to achieve fundamental results.However,there are still some obstacles in the in-depth integration of industry and education,such as the lack of systematic supporting policies and mechanisms,the failure of enterprise participants to obtain"maximum benefit",and the lack of regional level resource coordination.Therefore,taking Nanjing as an example,this paper summarizes the practical achievements in the in-depthintegration of production and education in regional vocational education,specifically expounds the formation and operation path of the three-dimensional framework of"diversity-integration-innovation"vocational education talent training,and attempts to optimize the path from six aspects,such as improving the laws and regulations of the guarantee mechanism for the in-depth integration of production and education.
