职业院校推进劳动教育的问题、原因及对策

当下存在着学生劳动观存在偏差、学校忽视劳动教育、家庭劳动教育缺失、社会劳动教育功利化等问题。"劳心者治人,劳力者治于人"的落后文化思想是问题存在的深层次原因。职业院校需提高对劳动教育的认识,形成协同实施劳动教育的制度机制保障,让学生从事生活性劳动、生产性劳动和服务性劳动,切实对学生开展劳动教育,引导学生养成热爱劳动的习惯,强化学生技术技能,培养学生爱国家爱人民情怀。

At present,there are some problems in labor education in vocational colleges,such as the deviation of the*students labor outlook,the neglect of labor education in schools,the lack of family labor education,and the utilitarianism of social labor education.The deep-seated reason of the problem lies in the backward cultural thought of"Those who labor with their minds govern others;those who labor with their strength are governed by.*others'Vocational colleges need to improve the understanding of labor education,form a cooperative implementation of labor education system and mechanism guarantee,let the students engage in life labor,productive labor and service labor,and effectively carry out labor education for the students,so as to guide them to form theirpassion on labor,strengthen their technical skills,and cultivate their love for the country and the people.
