摘要
局部通风机是地下开采矿山非常重要的安全生产设备,风量参数是衡量通风机性能的关键指标。通过对比现有的通风机测试方法,确定更适合局部通风机的安全检测检验方法。介绍基于文丘里管的局部通风机风量测定装置,依据流体力学理论计算风机风量,计算参数转化为标准状态下的参数能够使实测数据更具有普遍性和代表性。结果表明:静压差法测试局部通风机风量更为简单,测试精度较高,误差较小,便于操作,推广应用价值较高。
Local ventilators are very important safety production equipment in underground mining,and the air volume parameter is the key indicator to measure the performance of ventilators.By comparing the existing ventilator test methods,a more suitable and safety detection and inspection method for local ventilator is determined.This paper introduces a local ventilator air volume measuring device based on venturi tube,and calculates the ventilator air volume according to the theory of fluid mechanics.The convertion of the calculated parameters to the parameters under the standard state can make,the measured data more universal and representative.The results show that the static pressure difference method is simpler in measuring the air volume of local ventilator,with high accuracy and small error results which is easy to operate and has high value of popularization and application.
