摘要
装配式混凝土剪力墙结构在策划阶段应根据项目定位及实现目标制订项目策划;根据建筑规划及平面布局、结构体系、机电及内装系统、施工安装及经济分析,进行集成技术策划,制订实施路径和方法。方案阶段结构技术策划应结合建筑设计、协调结构与建筑机电系统的集成,选取适宜的装配部位、装配方式及节点连接方式,确定构件序列及部品系统,同时对构件生产和安装可行性进行评估,形成完整的装配方案,并进行预评价。
Precast concrete shear wall structures should be planned at the planning stage according to the project positioning and objectives to be achieved. According to the architectural planning and plane layout, structural system, electro mechanical and interior decoration system, construction installation and economic analysis, integrated technical planning was carried out, the implementation paths and methods were formulated. The structural technical planning in the scheme stage should be combined with the architectural design, coordinate the integration of the structure and building electromechanical system, select the appropriate precast parts, precast methods and node connection ways, determine the component sequence and the system of component, at the same time,evaluate the feasibility of component production and installation, form a complete precast planning, and carry on the pre-evaluation.
