摘要
对DUM50V型非正交五轴数控机床的结构进行分析,开发了一种后置处理算法。利用图解法求解出旋转轴的旋转角度,再利用多体理论求解出机床平移量。编写出适用于该非正交五轴机床的后置处理程序,以叶轮为例,对五轴机床加工刀位文件进行了后置处理。采用非正交五轴机床仿真切削模型对叶轮进行了仿真切削,精度分析结果验证了该算法的正确性。
The structure of the DUM50V non-orthogonal five-axis numerical control machine tool is analyzed,and a post-processing algorithm is developed.The rotational angle of the rotating axis is solved by graphic method.Then,the translation of the machine tool is calculated using the multi-body theory.The post-processing program is compiled,which is suitable for the non-orthogonal five-axis machine tool.Taking the impeller as an example,the cutter location files of five-axis machine tool are post-processed.The non-orthogonal five-axis machine tool model is used to simulate the cutting of the impeller,and the correctness of the algorithm is verified by the accuracy results.
