基于虚拟现实技术的减速器拆装实训平台开发 被引量:2

Development of Practical Training Platform for Reducer Disassembly and Assembly Based on Virtual Reality Technology

摘要 以减速器拆装项目为例,基于Cult3D开发引擎,使用SolidWorks、3DMAX8.0等软件构建了一个具有动态和交互功能的减速器虚拟拆装实训平台。该实训平台真实模拟现场减速器拆装过程,可以通过登录工程训练中心网站自主进行虚拟实训,并通过鼠标和键盘对拆装过程进行交互操作,不受设备、时间及场地的限制,为今后大型复杂虚拟实训教学平台的开发奠定基础。 Taking the disassembly and assembly project of reducer as an example,the Cult3D development engine,SolidWorks,3DMAX8.0 and other software are used to build a virtual disassembly and assembly training platform of reducer with dynamic and interactive functions.This training platform truly simulates the disassembling and assembling process of the reducer on site.The website of the engineering training center can be logged in to carry out virtual training independently,and operate the disassembling and assembling process interactively through the mouse and keyboard,which is not limited by the equipment,time and site.The research results provides reference for development of large-scale and complex virtual training platform in the future.
