摘要 为了有效降低在某龙门镗铣床上加工机身等大型零件的工艺试制风险及成本,应用CGTech VERICUT仿真软件,进行数字化加工仿真,对试制工艺、加工方法、数控程序、刀具配置等加工要素提前进行验证,排除质量风险、完善工艺方法,为新产品开发和科研试制工作提供有效的技术保证。 In order to effectively reduce the process trial production risk and cost of machining large parts such as fuselage on a gantry boring and milling machine,CGTech VERICUT simulation software is used to perform digital processing simulation to verify the trial production process,machining methods,CNC programs,and tool configuration.The quality risks are eliminated and the process methods are improved to provide effective technical guarantees for new product development and scientific research trial production.
