摘要
针对目前直流钻机司钻房内操作元器件过多、可靠性差、容易出现误操作、信息化及自动化程度低等问题,研制开发集成化司钻操作台,由电控触摸屏操作代替原物理开关、手轮、指示灯等电器元件,简化了司钻操作台并增加了司钻操作的便捷性及钻机的安全性和可靠性。增强了钻机操作的人机交互性能,司钻可以通过电控触摸屏对相关钻井参数进行监控及设置,并且具有故障诊断功能,帮助司钻迅速解决故障。提高了钻机信息化及自动化水平,保证钻机安全可靠运行。
To improve and optimize the problem that there are too many operation components in the driller′s room of DC drilling rig and the level of informatization and automation is low,this paper simplifies the driller′s console through the integrated design of relevant system equipment,replaces the original physical switch,hand wheel,indicator light and other electrical components by the operation of electronic control touch screen.This improvement simplifies the driller′s console and increases the convenience of driller′s operation as well as the safety and reliability of the drilling rig.Driller can monitor and set relevant drilling parameters through electronic control touch screen.Fault diagnosis function can help the driller to solve the problem quickly.The information and automation level of drilling rig are improved to ensure safe and reliable operation of drilling rig.
