摘要
根据变桨减速机齿轮出现的打齿、崩齿现象,对齿轮的材料组织和热处理进行了检验和分析,结果表明该齿轮崩裂为热处理质量缺陷所造成的脆性断裂。提出了采用二次淬火法、淬火后及时回火和增加深冷处理工序等热处理工艺改进意见。
According to the phenomena of gear cracking in variable propeller reducer,material structure and heat treatment of the gear is tested and analyzed.The results show that the cracking of the gear is brittle fracture caused by heat treatment quality defects.This paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the heat treatment process by adopting secondary quenching method,timely tempering after quenching and increasing the cryogenic treatment process.
