Winding drum assembly is widely used in the lifting mechanism of stage machinery.According to the structure type of its motor shaft connection,it can be divided into three types:closing type,welding type and casting type.This paper analyzes and compares the production processes of drum assembly with three types of motor shaft connection structure,which can provide reference for the design,process and production of similar products.
