摘要
目的探究脑血管病患者中使用超声检测颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床诊断价值。方法选取2018年9月至2019年12月本院收治的脑血管病患者46例作为观察组,选取同期接受体检且自愿参与本研究者46名作为对照组。观察组采用多普勒彩色超声检测,对照组采用二维超声检测,比较两组检测结果。结果观察组IMT低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组斑块总积分、斑块总面积高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组CCA与ICA的VD小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CCA与ICA的MFV大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组AS斑块检出率分别为91.30%、13.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块检测中,使用多普勒彩色超声技术能快速了解患者动脉粥样硬化程度,并判断出硬化斑块类型,为临床治疗缺血性脑血管病提供重要参考。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of detecting carotid atherosclerotic plaque using ultrasound in patients with cerebrovascular disease.Methods 46 patients with cerebrovascular disease admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 46 volunteers who accepted physical examination at the same time and voluntarily participated in the study were selected as the control group.The observation group was detected by Doppler color ultrasound,and the control group was detected by two-dimensional ultrasound.The test results of the two groups were compared.Results The IMT of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total plaque score and plaque area of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VD of CCA and ICA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The MFV of CCA and ICA in the observation group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).The detection rates of as plaque in the observation group and the control group were 91.30%and 13.04%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the detection of carotid atherosclerotic plaques,Doppler color ultrasound technology can quickly understand the degree of atherosclerosis and determine the type of sclerotic plaques,which can provide important information for clinical treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease reference.
