中药药浴治疗急慢性皮炎湿疹的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine medicated bath for acute and chronic dermatitis and eczema

目的探究中药药浴应用于急慢性皮炎湿疹患者治疗中的临床效果。方法本研究选取2018年3月至2019年10月本院收治的63例急慢性皮炎湿疹患者作为本研究对象,以奇偶数分组法随机分为参照组(n=31)和治疗组(n=32)。参照组采取复方氟米松软膏治疗,治疗组给予中药药浴治疗,对比两组患者治疗前、治疗1个月后,T淋巴细胞亚群、治疗有效率、不良发应情况以及复发情况。结果治疗前,两组患者CD8^+、CD4^+、CD3^+等指标比较差异无统计学意义。治疗1个月后,治疗组患者T淋巴细胞亚群各项指标明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗有效率为93.75%,明显高于参照组的67.74%(χ^2=6.907,P=0.009)。治疗组不良反应发生率为6.25%、复发率为12.50%,明显低于参照组的25.81%、45.16%(χ^2=4.510,8.231;P=0.034,0.004)。结论中药药浴应用于急慢性皮炎湿疹患者治疗中的临床优势明显,可有效改善细胞免疫状态,减少复发以及发红、刺痛感、局部皮肤萎缩等不良反应的发生,提高临床疗效,具有一定的临床价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine medicated bath in the treatment of patients with acute and chronic dermatitis and eczema.Methods 63 patients with acute and chronic dermatitis and eczema treated in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into the reference group(n=31)and the treatment group(n=32)by the evenodd grouping method.The reference group was treated with compound Flumetasone Ointment,and the treatment group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine bath,and T lymphocyte subsets,treatment efficiency,adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups before and after 1 month of treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in CD8^+,CD4^+,CD3^+and other indicators between the two groups of patients.After one month of treatment,the T lymphocyte subsets of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The effective rate of treatment group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than 67.74%in the reference group(χ^2=6.907,P=0.009).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 6.25%,and the recurrence rate was 12.50%,which was significantly lower than 25.81%and 45.16%in the reference group(χ^2=4.510,8.231;P=0.034,0.004).Conclusion The Traditional Chinese Medicine medicinal bath has obvious clinical advantages in the treatment of patients with acute and chronic dermatitis and eczema.It can effectively improve the cellular immune status,reduce the occurrence of recurrence and redness,tingling sensation,and local skin atrophy,and improve clinical efficacy.It has certain clinical value.
