低分子肝素钙治疗早发型重度子痫对患者血清生化指标及妊娠结局的影响

Effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium on serum biochemical indexes and pregnancy outcome in patients with early onset severe eclampsia

目的探究低分子肝素钙治疗早发型重度子痫对患者血清生化指标及妊娠结局的影响。方法选取本院2018年1月至2019年10月收治的45例早发型重度子痫患者,随机数字表法分为治疗组(n=20)和对照组(n=25)。对照组患者给予常规治疗,治疗组患者在对照组常规治疗基础上加用低分子肝素钙。比较两组患者血清生化指标[血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、血小板计数(PLT)及血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平]及妊娠结局。结果治疗后,治疗组TC、TG、Hcy水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),且HDL水平高于对照组(P<0.05),两组PLT水平比较差异无统计学意义。治疗组患者出现剖宫产、早产、巨大儿及Apgar评分4分以下新生儿的几率均低于对照组(P<0.05),Apgar评分7分以上新生儿所占几率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙可有效改善早发型重度子痫患者的血清生化指标,优化妊娠结局,临床效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium on serum biochemical indexes and pregnancy outcome in patients with early-onset severe eclampsia.Methods 45 patients with early-onset severe eclampsia admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into treatment group(n=20)and control group(n=25).The patients in the treatment group were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium on the basis of the conventional treatment in the control group.The serum biochemical indexes(TC,TG,HDL,PLT,Hcy)and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups.Results In terms of serum biochemical indicators,the levels of TC,TG and Hcy in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of HDL were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the level of PLT between the two groups.In terms of pregnancy outcome,the incidence of cesarean section,premature delivery,macromacrosia and newborns with Apgar score below 4 in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of newborns with Apgar score above 7 was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium can effectively improve the serum biochemical indexes of patients with early-onset severe eclampsia and optimize the pregnancy outcome,the clinical effect is more accurate and can be popularized.
