摘要
目的探讨高频B超检查对乳腺疾病血流分级诊断符合率的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2019年3月本院收治的54例乳腺疾病患者,均进行常规超声检查、高频B超检查,与手术病理对照,比较常规超声检查、高频B超检查诊断乳腺良性肿瘤、乳腺恶性肿瘤及血流分级的准确率。结果高频B超检查检出乳腺恶性肿瘤准确率为92.11%(35/38),高于常规超声检查的65.79%(25/38)(P<0.05)。高频B超检查检出乳腺良性肿瘤准确率81.25%(13/16)与常规超声检查68.75%(11/16)比较,差异无统计学意义。高频B超检查检出血流分级准确率为85.19%(46/54),高于常规超声检查的64.81%(35/54)(P<0.05);高频B超检查Kappa指数高于常规超声检查(P<0.05)。结论与常规超声检查相比,高频B超检查能提高诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤及血流分级符合率,与手术病理结果较为符合,可为临床鉴别不同乳腺疾病、早期治疗提供参考依据。
Objective To explore the effect of high-frequency B-ultrasound examination on the coincidence rate of breast disease blood flow grade diagnosis.Methods From October 2017 to March 2019,54 patients with breast disease admitted to our hospital were selected.All the routine ultrasound examination and high-frequency B-ultrasound were performed.Compared with the surgical pathology,the accuracy of routine ultrasound examination and high-frequency B-ultrasound diagnosis of benign breast tumor,breast malignant tumor and blood flow grading was compared.Results The accuracy rate of high frequency B-ultrasound detection of breast malignant tumor was 92.11%(35/38)which was higher than that of conventional ultrasound examination 65.79%(25/38)(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of benign breast tumors detected by high-frequency B-ultrasound was 81.25%(13/16)compared with 68.75%(11/16)of conventional ultrasound examination,the difference was not statistically significant.The accuracy rate of high-frequency B-ultrasound examination for blood flow classification is 85.19%(46/54),which was higher than that of conventional ultrasound examination 64.81%(35/54)(P<0.05).The Kappa index of high-frequency B-ultrasound examination was higher than that of conventional ultrasound examination(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional ultrasound examination,high-frequency B-ultrasound can improve the coincidence rate of breast cancer diagnosis and blood flow classification.It is more consistent with the surgical pathological results,and can provide a reference for clinical identification of different breast diseases and early treatment.
